Loria Real Estate is a commercial and residential property management company and licensed real estate brokerage firm in New York City.

Established in 1990, it is a family-owned company, run by a father-son team whose philosophy is, "what's good for the building is good for the owners and tenants."  We pride ourselves in managing and protecting an owner's property with the goal of maximizing its business potential, while at the same time satisfying the needs of tenants.
